Rich, works for a global financial institution that has recently made a headquarters in Miami-Dade county. His company asked him to relocate to the Miami area. Rich wasn’t ready to completely give up his current primary home and suburban lifestyle. After some looking, Rich found the perfect condo on the beach, The Brickell Key II, which he would use as a “second home” working from Miami and commuting back to his primary residence.
